The major consideration in having a Community Oven for your organization is the ability to maintain an enthusiastic team / leadership that will manage all activities that will utilize the oven. The ideal team to manage the oven would include members that would focus on the following areas:
- Organization of events
- Management of fire building for events
- Gathering of firewood
